Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design is ready to compete with the Huawei P70 series

Huawei is the leading smartphone maker in the Chinese market and is ready to launch its new flagship series called the Huawei P70. But the Honor is also making its brand new flagship with the name of the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design and the rumors have suggested that both makers will introduce its smartphone in March 2024.

The Porsche Design was introduced by Huawei in its Mate series and this is one of the famous flagships by the company. After that, the Honor also adopted this legacy and made its smartphone with the branding of the Porsche Design. Now the interesting thing is that both companies are ready to launch their famous smartphones in the same month, and there’s a lot of competition between both.

A day before ago, the leaker suggested that the Huawei P70 series would arrive in the Chinese market in late March this year and now the new leak has been revealed by the @digitalchatstation that the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design smartphone will debut in March 2024. In addition, the company will also introduce one more device which is a mystery for us.

Talking about the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design, this smartphone has passed 3C certification with the model number BVL-AN20. The smartphone has previously been spotted on the network access license and radio approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. So, the smartphone has cleared the three certificates and it is completely ready to launch into the market.

As per the rumors, this smartphone will be the world’s first Porsche-designed satellite communication imaging flagship model, which is cheaper than the Huawei RS Porsche-designed. The smartphone will come with a great camera performance by using the OV50K one-inch sensor, which is currently the industry’s highest dynamic range CIS, competing against the Sony LYT900 sensor mobile phone with ultra-large variable aperture.

The Honor Magic 6 RSR will be the first direct-screen flagship jointly created by Honor and Porsche Design, support Tiantong satellite communication, is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset, and is packed with an Honor Qinghai lake battery with 80W wired fast charging.

Honor Magic 3 Pro receiving MagicOS 7.0 update that adds number of new features

Honor starts rolling out the latest software update for the Honor Magic 3 Pro smartphone which is based on MagicOS 7.0 and it bumps with the new build number 7.0.0.151 while the installation size is 528MB. The Magic 3 Pro smartphone is a 2-year-old flagship, but even after this, the latest update provides a number of new features that get you a brand-new device experience.

The latest firmware update for the Magic 3 Pro is available for Chinese users and it is available to install via going to the System & updates –> Software update –> Check for Updates –> Download and install. Notably, the update is rolling out in batches so it will take a little time to reach your device.

The update brings a number of new features for users including a new status bar where you can see your device network speed and other activities. Adds an automatic brightness adjustment in the control center and brings turn off and on flashlight feature with the volume down button even if your device is locked.

Adds new window mode to support more applications and brings new style in Gallery with added custom album cover and provides more security in your hidden album. Apart from this, the update brings the November 2023 security patches to protect your device from unwanted threads.

Honor Magic 3 Pro:

Honor launched its Magic 3 Pro smartphone in August 2021 in the Chinese market which came with a 6.76-inch 89-degree curved display and powered by a Snapdragon 888+ processor. The smartphone is packed with a 4600mAh battery and supports 66W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging, and wireless reverse charging.

In terms of camera specifications, the Magic 3 Pro has a rear 50MP wide-angle camera (f/1.9 aperture) + 64MP black and white camera (f/1.8 aperture) + 64MP periscope telephoto camera (f/3.5 aperture, OIS optical image stabilization) + 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2 aperture).

Honor is rolling out the latest software update for the Honor Tablet V8 and Honor Tablet V7 that content provides the October 2023 security patches to increase device safety. The update does not bring any major changes on both tablets, this is only a security update that increases device performance in some stages.

The latest update for the Honor Tablet V8 comes with the new version MagicOS 6.1.0.210 while on the other hand, MagicOS 6.1.0.123 is available for the Honor Tablet V7 users. Notably, the update is rolling out in batches, so it will take a little time to reach your device.

The update brings the October 2023 security patch that protects your device from unwanted threads. After installing these builds on your tablets, you may be facing some problems such as heating, battery consumption, and self-optimization, but within two or three days, the tablet will address all these issues.
